Refund and returns policy

At November Renegade, we prioritize delivering exceptional coaching tailored to empower and transform. We also recognize the need for flexibility and fairness in our financial policies.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled coaching session and receive a full refund, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, you can do so without additional charges, provided you inform us at least 24 hours prior to the session. This helps us manage our schedules while accommodating your needs.

Refunds for Packages

If you have purchased a package of sessions and decide that you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund for all unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one session.

Non-refundable Services

Please note that completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. We invest significant preparation and effort into each session to ensure it delivers value.

Special Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of severe illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.
